Leadership & Heritage

Founded by Yann M. Sevinti, Luxury Clementine is shaped by a distinct blend of craft and commercial discipline. Born in 1986, Yann grew up around his family’s luxury embroidery, leather, and fashion business, an environment where detail, finish, and consistency were strictly non-negotiable.

This lifelong exposure to the luxury sector is paired with a rigorous academic and international background. Yann studied International Trade BAC and later completed a Master’s degree at the University of West London, combining strategic structure with an artisan mindset. His postgraduate dissertation focused extensively on the sustainability goals of global hotel chains, bridging corporate strategy with modern premium expectations. As part of his university studies, he completed an Erasmus placement in Germany, strengthening his German language skills and developing deep cross-cultural fluency.

In 2014, Yann further deepened his understanding of hospitality and luxury in Paris through the EU’s Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, collaborating within a demanding restaurant environment where service standards and guest experience are refined daily.

Since 2016, Yann has designed and delivered high-end experiences in London—from corporate events to private celebrations—translating premium expectations into practical systems teams can seamlessly uphold. This hands-on operational track record includes founding and managing premium event ventures such as PancakeEvents. Today, he also works internationally as a luxury consultant, helping brands and operators upgrade services to a luxury standard across hospitality, F&B, fashion, and real estate.
